Sesi ke-2 Perawatan Perubatan Islam

After a week of high fever and headache, I really couldn't wait to meet makcik urut.

I was hoping she can get rid of my sakit-kepala-yang berdenyut-macam-dicucuk-jarum.

Oh on Friday, I went to our panel clinic to get it checked out. The fever were still a bit high. Maybe that's why I am suffering a bad case of headache.

My blood pressure was high-140/100. Doctor said whether the headache is the result of the high BP or the headache made my blood go upstairs.  Anyhooo, got mc. Balik. Tidur. Painkillers every 6 hours.

Saturday came. She came. This time it is only URUT. Sedapnya badan yang yang tengah tak sedap ni diurut. Lama betul dia urut di kepala. Alhamdulillah.  Sakit kepala starts to subside. Dapat air penawar with a reminder. Jangan putus minum air penawar. Solat. Zikir. 

Sunday I was better. Cuma asyik nak tidur aje. Makan very minimal aje. Selera kurang. Nasi only for dinner. 5 suap lebih kurang. Hubby beli ikut selera I. Biasanya sup la. 

Pick my sister at KLIA. Visit my parents. My mom comment yang I dah loose weight.  5kgs ma. Hilang sebab demam. Alhamdulillah. 

Today I was EL. Again. Sebab tak larat. Nak tidur je. Huhu. Malam tadi pick-up air penawar lagi. She gave me 7 bottles.  Hihi.

Depending on my health, the treatment will suit it. If I am well, she will proceed with the last procedure.  If not, urut je kot. I don't know.
